HBCC Membership

Car Club logo finalMembership in HBCC is open to individuals and families who have an interest in maintaining the British Car tradition of the last century. It is not necessary to own a car but it certainly makes it more fun.

There are several purposes of the club.

First, the club provides a social framework where members can develop associations, trade knowledge and experiences, help and get help with car issues and most importantly, have an opportunity to get out with the cars. There is a general meeting once every month and the dates and times, etc… are on the web site in two areas. Simply open the “Next Meeting” or  the ‘Events’ tab to find the dates and times of upcoming events and meetings.

Second, the  members have also decided that they want a charity component to club activities. While we do not, as a club directly  host charity events per se, we currently hold a 50/50 draw at our meetings and the at the end of the year these proceeds are donated to a local charity. Over the years we have supported local food banks, the Salvation Army, Dufferin Hospice and Lighthouse. This past year our 50/50 draw raised just over $1,000.00 in support of a local charity.

Application for membership is easy. Simply click on the membership form below, print, complete and forward it to the address enclosed, or bring it to a meeting or event.

Membership fees are straight forward….$35.00 per family unit. A family unit includes the obvious but also may include close friends who share an interest in British cars and participate together.

Please note: If you are not sure that this club is for you, you are more than welcome to participate as a guest a few times to see if this is for you. You may also receive a copy of our newsletters and messages for two months as a guest. Simply contact our  to arrange this. ( Note: We do not provide our newsletter, British Driven etc. to individuals who are not within our geographical area, unless they are contact members of the British Car Council. This also applies to commercial organizations, unless they are sponsors of  British Driven).

Note: Our members’ e-mail addresses are held in the strictest confidence. They are not traded sold or given to anyone. Our newsletters only contain the single address of the actual recipient and ‘unsubscribing’ completely removes your e-mail address from our working data base.
